Kind people but I don't understand the receipt at all. I don't know how much the metal is worth. There is no price. I see that that is up to you.

The guy at the scale and the guy and the register, Christian cruz he is the cashier and James or Jos is the guys at the scale are always manipulating the scale . The same way they give people extra pounds and accept money for that , the same way the messed with your products weights and they keep some money in the pocket! I complaint to the manager and or boss and owner I told them whats was going on and they decided to tell me not come to the Windfield Recycling in Lawrence anymore. I was just speaking up for my rights and for a fair treatment . I have seen them taking money on the side . I have everything documented . I was suppose to stay shut like the rest of the people , no I dont think so! God is watching and karma will chase ya! Bad
Coordinator, bad customer service, unfair and fraudulent people they are . They scam people and when the boss is there the scale works fine if the boss is not there get ready to get scam! So stay tune to your receipts and the scales !

Your claims are illegitimate as we're under constant oversight from the City of Lawrence as well as multiple third party certifying bodies. One spends work removing heavy metals to earn an honest living and these employees at Windfield give you poor customer service, they are thieves. When the boss is not there, they manipulate your weight to steal money from you. If you complain to the owners, the owners decide to vote you out of the place instead of checking its management and employees. Christian Cruz and Jos are thieves and they pretend to be innocent. I have seen how they bribe him to pass on products that they do not have and receive money in exchange. My car always weighs one peso at the end and they put another one in to steal a pal of pesos from you. There is no good security or loyalty. They say the weight is certified but they still manipulate the weight.

Great staff, prices are decent, just know if you ever need quick cash and you come here before selling your scrap ask if they have cash. Its a common thing for them to run out of money.
