        Good reason to email UBER. Car, OK, driver, nice, price, wow. $120 from Pittsfield AP (not Albany) to Canaan. Much too costly to get more than 3 stars.

        When I booked Bianco and noticed 5 star rating I was impressed but a tad skeptical. However, I will say that both of my trips were just that...5 star outstanding trips! I HIGHLY recommend Bianco and will most definitely use them again. I especially like the personal touch of a call from the owner to schedule, and the photo/write up of the driver.

        Amazing job! A truly 5-star experience! We had 2 drivers with 2 vehicles from different pick-up points, and both did a fantastic job. Both drivers were in communication with each other so discretely that they could have been secret agents. They were on time and looked extremely professional well groomed and in suits!!!! We through some curve balls which they were able to conqour with ease. The vehicles were very well maintained and clean. I highly recommend it! Drivers' names were Dion and Marquise! High fives all the way around.

      Good Morning Michael, Thank you for reminding us why we don’t typically accommodate short drives!We are a luxury car service; not Uber or a taxi, and we are priced as such. It was disclosed at the time of booking that we don’t typically accommodate such short drives and there is a one-hour minimum charge in order for us to do so.You certainly could have tried your luck calling a taxi upon flying in to the private airport. But we recognize the shortage of transportation options in the Berkshires, so we try to help people out to avoid them being left stranded. Most people are grateful for our compassion and willingness to step outside our business model to help them out. But most people also wouldn’t leave the Ritz Carlton a three-star review because there were no Motel 6's available.Again, we appreciate the reminder and will stick to our business model moving forward!
