I needed to get an obscure part for a Honda Civic that has electronic power steering.
They found the part at another location and shipped to Leominster for me to pick up. And it cost less than half the price I was expecting, based on everywhere else I'd looked into.
The woman that took my order was very helpful and friendly. She was great about keeping me updated, and making sure I was able to pick it up in Leominster.
The guys in the Leominster office were great too. Fast and helpful. Even offering to bring the part out to my car for me, after seeing I walk with a cane, from a back injury.
I'll gladly recommend LKQ to anyone.
They have excellent service and people.
A great experience from a place that could have just been another purchase.
