Paradigm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

My boys(6yrs&9yrs) join last summer. They love it and feel like a family there. The coaches are fun and attentive to children. It's a clean and safe environment for all.

World Class Jiu-Jitsu instruction - World Class Training Environment. I've been training jiu jitsu for roughly a decade and can tell you that if you are in the Lowell MA area, this is the place you want to train or try out BJJ for the first time. If you've trained before you can expect to find classes of excellent length and a variety of training modalities (we'll sometimes do standard warm-up to instruction/drilling to live rolling. Sometimes Joseph starts us right off in small groups drilling a specific position or situation. Sometimes Joseph has a specific special interest in mind that doesn't fit into those two examples. Sometimes we warm-up with dodgeball! - it's awesome). Mat rats out there will find a welcome home here. Days are packed with training opportunities and even when Paradigm is "closed" (say, for a holiday) Joseph and Corina will more often than not throw a poll out to ask who's down for an open mat session, and the place will be packed - even on Thanksgiving Day! For new people considering trying BJJ for the first time - this is the place for you. Everyone here is genuinely kind and friendly and the academy is absolutely pristine. You 100% should buy the ticket and take the ride. I think it's also worth mentioning that I have never (and I mean never) seen a Women's Only class the size of the one at Paradigm. So if you're a woman and considering trying BJJ, I strongly suggest you give this place a shot!

A honest & welcoming environment that consistently encourages growth! I recommend this academy to anyone seeking a challenge & improvement within themselves. Camaraderie isnt difficult to find on the mats due to the supportive atmosphere and accountability everyone shares for each other. Professor Joseph holds a plethora of wisdom regarding life and it truly translates with his curriculum. I feel honored to be apart of this community & cant wait to get my son on the mats.

My girls started their jiu-jitsu Journey in 2021 and truly fell in love with it!! It's one big family with amazing energy good Vibes, and loving and caring coaches for all classes!! The best jiu-jitsu place around town!!
