    Always a pleasure working with Eli's Garage. Have gotten my tires/wheels worked on here a couple times, but my starter died and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue well within the quoted time! Very happy with the service, would recommend to anybody around here.

    My inspection sticker was expired and I really needed to get inspected and I went a couple of different places who had extremely long wait times and rude service members. Eli's had me in and out in a heartbeat. Were transparent about the wait time and how long to complete. (It was actually done quicker than expected!) Very friendly workers and owner. Will be coming here every year to get inspected from now on. This is a place I felt comfortable as a young woman ALONE.

    As common courtesy, I try to call ahead before coming in. I called at 2pm, no answer. Tried again at 2:30pm, still no answer. I decided to test my luck and walked in (I live close by so I got there in 10-15 mins). I told the man at the front desk my headlight was out and it needed replacing. With a condescending look, he says, "you mean headlight?" I didn't like the attitude but just went with it. He takes my car and comes back, giving me the price. I'm doing an errand for my mother and after confirming with her, she decides to wait on it. The next thing he says is, "you still have to pay for the labor" (again, with a slight condescending attitude). At this point, I'm upset because I could have saved my/their time and [my]money if they had just answered their phones. When I express this to them, they just kinda shrug and tell me they're understaffed (mind you, the first man I talked to was on his phone when I walked in). I just paid them the $20 and walked out.
