Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff was super friendly and helpful.....however, one car I rented had brake issues...I brought the car back and they got me another car which was really horrible......so I give the staff 5 stars but give their cars a 3.......I've rented with enterprise before and had no problems ......

After a long day of trying to find a rental car, and a very rude interaction with a manager in training over at Hertz, I discovered this enterprise location roughly 45 minutes before they closed. Right away I was greeted pleasantly and was ensured that my experience here would be nothing like my experience over at hertz. A specific gentleman who I believe is the manager named Javien made this experience an absolute 10/10. He was helpful, patient, thorough with his work and most importantly kind. As long as he is around I will be recommending 99 commercial street Enterprise to everyone I know.
