I definitely felt relief here compared to the big box stores like home depot or lowes who often ran out of staple items and have them in disarray. Here i found 3/4" ball valves for radiators, nipples and couplings (though they didn't have a hex coupling). They close early and during the week only, that makes it challenging for private parties but also for mom and pop plumbers who can't focus on job and push part replenishing activities for after hours. The prices are surprisingly reasonable ! You will not get much store help though. Checkout process can be lengthy and there's always a line, keeps help people off the aisles to help. Return policy is great if you don't use the parts.

In 2021, purchasing materials for a house can be frustrating. Luckily I found Deb and Nicole to help me through the process. They educated me on the products and told me to make a list of those I was interested in so they can see which model would arrive faster. They made the process fun and pain free. If I need another fixture, I am going right back to Deb and Nicole!
