My wife and I have been working with Ethan for years and it is a smooth process! Very accommodating and an online portal to upload documents for efficiency.

I used them for 3 years; and each year the customer service dropped.  They had my taxes for months, last year and it repeated phone calls and several emails to me to get a response and for them to complete them.  Sadly I would not recommend them

I have been going to Ethan for many years now. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my taxes. Not only is he and the rest of the staff professional and responsive, they are also very pleasant to work with. The staff, especially Megan, is readily available to answer any questions I may have. Nothing but good things to say about Ethan and his team!

I have been going to Ethan for many years .I followed him from his office in South Boston . I had always been very pleased with his tax preparation and efficiency . I had always done well by him.. I am not sure what is going on with him now ..I am very disappointed..I still have not received my tax return ..I have contacted his office several times and I can not get past his secretary .I have not heard back from Ethan in months since our initial conversation in April . I have gone to I his office in person several times and no one was there . I am considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau .At this point I could not recommend him at all ..So disappointed .

My girlfriend and I have been working with Bob Thompson the past 3 years for tax returns and consistently have a great experience. They make it super easy. Thanks guys!
