I cannot recommend Kishor and his team enough!! They were so professional, responsive, timely and trustworthy. Kishor answered all of my questions and was extremely flexibile. He even organized a fan installation with a separate contractor for us, as a favor. Restoration 1 of Everett is an excellent business that I would recommend to anyone needing mold restoration / cleaning. It is hard to know where to begin when you have water damage in your home; but you must do something! Im so glad that I found Restoration 1 of Everett MA. Owner Kishor was very responsive. He quickly responded to my call, came to my home the next day, explained the process, and provided a reasonable estimate for remediation to address any mold. There were no surprises as he kept me updated throughout the process and discussed my options. Kishor's team was professional and left the area clean and tidy. Kishor was our estimator. He came out to our rental house after a few reschedule attempts. Finally we found a time that worked. He came prepared to look at our potential mold issue up in our 3rd floor finished attic room. He brought his moisture detector and even an ATP detector that is supposed to detect bio matter: the ATP detector didnt detect anything and neither did the moisture detector on any wall, floor or ceiling. He was quite thorough and was upfront about not being able to quote me anything and advised me to get help from an industrial hygienist to provide a report before he can give me a quote on any cleanup work (if any). He was honest and upfront, and went above and beyond for any estimator who came out. I havent yet hired A1 but they are on the top of my list if I have to. Thanks!
