I have worked Geof McLaughlin on two home purchases and several refinances and cant recommend a more highly skilled and responsive mortgage broker than Geof. Several years ago, when we decided to purchase a summer home, Geof was key in enabling us to refinance our primary home in order to put a down payment on the new home. Most recently as we downsized, we used Geofs services to finance our new home while we were simultaneously selling our primary home of 25 years. Geof made these complicated transactions run extremely smoothly, keeping us informed throughout the process on what documentation was needed. Geof is very knowledgeable, and his advice has always been spot on. When questions arose, Geof was extremely thorough and timely in his responses often responding on weekends and evenings. Purchasing or refinancing a home can often be a stressful experience, Geofs years of experience and his dedication to his clients take the stress out of the process. If looking for a mortgage broker I could not recommend Geof McLaughlin more highly.

We decided to buy a vacation home in the middle of summer. With all possible efforts I expected the closing to be the best the beginning of September. Geof and his team did impossible and we closed on first week of August. This is how things look like when real professional people do the job. He was always, I mean always ready to help, it does not matter if it is weekend or late night. Whenever I ask he was responding. We did not miss a single date and even moved closing 10 days before original date. All paper work was done right after I submit what they ask me. This is not my first experience of buying or selling houses and so far it is the best. I will really recommend Geof and his team
