New England Tire Car Care Centers - Mansfield

I have used New England Tire for basic car repairs and maintenance and also for purchase and care of tires. They are professional and quick to assess and share information and options. I have found that all of the staff are friendly and helpful but a special shout-out to Danny, who always seems to be in the garage when I drive up to have my tires checked and inflated. Even on the coldest days, first thing in the morning, or right before closing, he is friendly, efficient, and reassuring, taking the time to let me know how my tires look and when they might be due for rotating or replacement. I absolutely could not wait to review New England tire. I was there on Saturday however my journey did not have me starting there. I went outside on my driveway was my car with a huge flat tire that could not be compressed with air. We knew we needed a tow! After looking online and researching a bit with who was open we came to Firestone tire. I will get into their review shortly but they were awful to say the least so I ended up leaving there driving my car on the rim up the road to New England tire. New England tire took me in immediately got my car fixed immediately and I was out of there in less than an hour. The gentleman working the desk were the nicest gentleman I have come across in the car fixing game and I am ecstatic with what they did. If you are in a bind and need help please call New England tire they may not be able to help you right away but they certainly will treat you like a human being. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Brought my car in for an oil change, was told that my rear brakes needed new pads and possibly calipers and that I needed a new battery. For all of that work I was told "worst case scenario will be $1,000". I asked them to skip the battery which they said was $200, figuring this meant the worst case scenario was now $800. They then didn't get my car out in time for me to pick my son up from school as they promised they would and it sat there overnight. The next day when I arrived to pick up my car the price was $1,100, I said that I didn't want a new battery that I could take care of it myself, reply was "well you needed new rotors those are $300". This place will screw you, go anywhere else but here!!!

The best tire shop in Southern MA. Best to make an appt before coming here. I've had 3 cars serviced here so far. For ALL your tire needs, skip the crooks at the dealership, and visit these guys. They will have you in and out in no time.
