Attorney Morte helped me to get sole legal and primary physical custody of my children in a very difficult divorce case which went to trial. He helped change the temporary orders in my favor at the trial.Attorney Morte was very helpful and easy to work with. Attorney Morte responded very promptly to my phone calls and emails and he was available to me off hours when I needed to talk to him. He patiently listened to me and understood my concerns. He reviewed the history of my case and organized my file properly. He prepared very well before each day of hearing, He discussed the case with me before and after each day of the hearing. He was very flexible and accommodated my schedule for in-person meetings.  He was upfront about what he will do and what he will not do. He was very reasonable with the cost and spent lot more time on my difficult case then was initially agreed. When the case turned out to take lot longer than initially expected, He stayed on the case and never put any financial pressure on me. He was very compassionate. They did not respond to my emails or phone calls after collecting the fees, they did not represent me properly in the court and they told me one thing before going to the court and told something else in the court. Attorney Morte was recommended to me by someone that had the unfortunate luck of being on the opposite side from him in a Divorce case.
