        Maintainence is super quick! Could have cleaned up slightly better but service was so fast and they took care of stuff so fast!

        Amazing service there from moment you step in the door. Betsey Milne is amazing. The crew that keep up the building do a great job. There's also a new gym coming that will very nice. Cannot say enough about my experiences there and looking forward to enjoying my fantastic apartment.

        I visited rivers edge for a tour as I was looking for an apt. I arrived and was greeted by Betsy the leasing agent. She was friendly, helpful, and full of information. I was nervous and excited about moving so my daughter accompanied me. Both of us were so impressed with Betsy and the warmth in which we were greeted. I found exactly what I was looking for she showed us an apt that was exactly the same as the one I would be renting went over all the amenities as well. We then went back to her office and sat down to go over the contract. Of course I took the apt just loved it. Betsy was a blessing and I cant wait to move in. Thank you Betsy a job well done.
