I loved going to the student clinic. Students were always so happy and eager to do their best. The environment was always so welcoming and a happening place. In the past the women who worked the desk including students at times, where always so polite and excited to interact with you. Seems like the quality in the school has really gone down hill! This time around my experience was so distasteful. The woman at the desk I believe her name was Nora. Was so rude, condescending and abrasive to everyone! She seemed like she was really miserable at her job transmitting her vibe to everyone. Most of the women in the waiting room were all talking about how disrespectful she had been to all of them at the time and in the past. She refused to make any appointments claiming she had a long line of people checking in and out. There was no one waiting at all. If she is that nasty to paying customers I wonder what her interaction is with the poor students. If anyone in upper management reads this, some serious attention should be given to the woman at the front desk.
