Deirdre goes absolutely above and beyond and we can't recommend her enough! We had a very unusual situation - a cargo van converted into a campervan - which many other insurance agents turned down as it was a more complicated ask. However not only did Deirdre help us get insurance, she even went back and forth countless times with the RMV dealing with registration changes so that we could get the best, most comprehensive coverage possible. She is always highly communicative and prompt with following up and goes far beyond the call of duty, and we are very grateful to have found her and Farnam!

Since I started going here in April of 79, now working with the granddaughter of the founder, service has always been excellent for car and home. On occasion, they have gone extra mile when I needed it. Always willing to do whatever needs doing, treat us like family, always. My neighbor back in 79 who had been going to him ten or twenty years prior always had good to say as well which is why I chose them. My cousin has also been using them since mid 70s and always likewise had good to say as well.
