        Completed in 2007 at the cost of $23 million dollars, the Granoff Music Center is at once both home to Tufts University's music programs and a beautiful addition to the campus. This modern building boasts an excellent performance space, Distler Hall, as well as classrooms, practice rooms and a music library. That said, it suffers from a problem which most of the lovely Tufts campus does; cockroaches. I have seen some truly frightening specimens in this building. Although the building is cleaned daily, cleanliness is partly to blame. I have observed the same dead cockroach curled up in a corner for 8 consecutive weekdays and wonder when someone is going to notice.
