    I called them to remove a boot from my car. This company looks like a bunch of barberians. Very rude person on the phone and personally. Just because they have a city contract and there is nothing we cant do. Dont know how to handle people at all.

    I worked for towing companies before but these guys are thieves I wish people could see this receipt it's atrocious it's almost 800 for a police tow and 10 days of storage and then they wouldn't even let a drivable vehicle they made us call a tow truck it was registered and insured and drivable it may have been a little banged up but the only real issue was it had a broken headlight

    You might as well be dealing with thugs. When I showed up they didn't like my attitude... Because they expect people to be really really happy about having their car towed when they were having car problems and they were trying to go and find some help, only to have sheep fold park and the Medford police barracks tow your car before you can even get help with your check engine light! People like this who work to just charge huge amounts of money to people who are having trouble and actually need help, in my opinion are the lowest forms.. I don't know how they sleep at night.Boston has never cared about people it only cares about making money. I am a small female traveling alone often and I feel the most unsafe when I visit Boston Massachusetts because of this. The police don't care the towing people don't care they just want their money! Your life and safety do not matter. I hope the state of Massachusetts Medford police barracks and Stevens automotive enjoys spending The only grocery money that I had to use to get my car out!

    Rude employees!! I tried to grab some things from my car (which is under my grandpas name). Mind you, Im a young girl. I didnt know I wasnt allowed to grab my things. Instead of nicely explaining to me that my grandpa needs to be there for me to take my belongings back, these 3 men yell and swear at me telling me to get out of there. I was so scared! The situation was handled horribly!! Im very disappointed with my experience.

Our policies, aligned with regulations and safety concerns, require that any vehicle towed into our yard due to an MVA must also be towed out. This is to mitigate liability and ensure safety, as vehicles involved in accidents can have underlying issues not immediately apparent. If the police had deemed the vehicle safe to drive at the scene, it wouldn’t have been towed to our yard. Regarding the storage fees, we want to highlight that the duration the vehicle remains in our yard significantly impacts the total cost. The vehicle in question was stored for 11 days, which constituted the majority of the charges incurred. These rates are regulated and applied consistently to all vehicles stored in our yard. We encourage vehicle owners to retrieve their vehicles as promptly as possible to avoid accruing high storage fees.
