        My car has been hit by a Penske rental truck since September 2nd the driver tried to drove away but i was lucky enough to take a picture of the license plate and that's when he stopped and the cops came and i got a police report the next day i called my insurance and then i had contacted Penske insurance (old republic) about the incident till this day they have never sent a person to check my car nor any follow up they just asked to wait meanwhile i don't have a car that's functioning properly i'm tired of waiting they don't even deserve a star should be zero i'm ready to take a step further , the rental Car registration plate number is ( S58322) do better penske !!!

        Good overall experience. Good service and trucks. My second time renting from Penske. They do charge for a mile so just plan it ahead. Works great locally!

        Had a great experience with this location today after returning it. The gentleman who welcomed me in was very nice and conversational. They all invited me to sit in the AC while I waited for my Lyft to the airport. Really friendly people. Great customer service.

        The best thing about this for us was the fabulous phone saleswoman (kathy I think) and Laurent in Medford MA who took patient time to work through a problem on their local end, accommodating us well. I will review again after we actually use the truck!!
