        Placed the order for a snowblower part online, got a call 1/2 hour later to confirm that it was ready, and then went and got it. Couldn't have been easier.

        Part was available and in stock for an elderly vacuum. Communications were clear, personnel were helpful and polite. Web site indicated that part was available in Natick but not in my preferred NH location. Parts diagrams were clear on what the possible parts were. Some difficulty actually finding the location of the parts/repair department in the Natick location, but clerks in the Sears store provided the last bit of directions. Youtube provided examples of doing the actual repair - replace part of a canister hose assembly.
