I am extremely pleased with the experience my Mom has had at the assisted living facility and now on the nursing home floor. This facility is clean with excellent , responsive and informed staff. They have bent over backwards to help my mother and myself be as happy as possible. The executive director Nick Baker has done an ultimate job in communicating to me and responding to all of my emails. He physically helped me move my Mom's personal belongings to her new floor. He follows through on everything. The social worker has been so patient and helpful . The nurses are very approachable and friendly as well. I have worked in many nursing homes in Mass. but recommend this facility over all of them.

Nick Baker, I want you to know firsthand this review will post on Google and Yelp. 5 STARS???? LMFAO! If I could leave 0 stars I would. My brother battled every single day for 600 + straight days with your incompetent staff. Medicine given to my mom 2-3 hours late as she is seriously declining with Dementia for 2 years. She lost over 145lbs in almost 2 years while being bed ridden for over a year. Bandages didnt get changed and signed by the nurse when they were supposed to. Then there was a nurse my brother had removed from the ELIOT floor. Her name was Sabrina, and a brick wall had more skills than her. She was lazy and did not care. My brother did not want Sabrina taking care of my mom again. So, Phil put her on the other side where her ignorance and laziness will carry on. As the breakfast issues and the mouth care continue, my brother had to chase the CNAs to do mouth care, so my mom does not CHOKE!!!! Ronnie didnt care. Kevin left a mouth full of eggs in my moms mouth. That CNA never should have left my moms side until he did mouth care. Even though my mom wouldnt open her mouth, if she is a choke victim with serious mouth care in place after every meal, YOU DO IT!!!!!!!! Then in the winter of 2023 there was an agency nurse and every weekend there were MAJOR PROBLEMS. The first time my brother saw her she didnt give my mom her medications till 11:25am. Supposed to be given between 8-10am. After her attitude struck my brother the wrong way, he went to Nick Monday morning. He wrote 2 pages of notes and signed it. Nick told him that he had a phone call appointment at 1pm with the agency. Nick told Corey she was FIRED!!!!The next day was a holiday and there she was. Working in the unit my mom was in. Every time I asked her to help my mom, THE AGENCY NURSE REFUSED!!!!!!! SHE GOT SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!! Overall, Nick, I would give you 0 stars for negligence and inconsistency. Lack of responsibility and not maintaining a medically simple routine. I must say THE HOSPICE TEAM was outstanding and ROSE, JOELLE, ROSEE WERE EXCEPTIONAL. $ 18,000 A MONTH was ludicrous. Not to mention, my mom passed on JANUARY 13, 2024, and it took 17 days to get a check to my brothers home from Milford, Mass. They were only supposed to hold the check for 30 days. It arrived 47 days later. Nick told Corey it was scheduled to go out the previous Thursday, but the check wasnt cut till the following Tuesday????? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SALMON HEALTHCARE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
