        I drink Tru products before bike rides/race or a long night of studying! Have a great taste (Tru Enegry - Mango is my favorite). Never have to feel like I am making an unhealthy decision, these guys rock.

        I've tried them all - monster, rockstar, 5-hour, etc. Tru tastes the best and provides more energy. Looking at the label, Tru also seems healthier. I love this stuff!!!!
