Did my taxes for about 5 yrs but 2018 had mistakes on both fed and state which were just discovered ( taxable income overstated). No responses to many, many emails, both to the accountant who did it and the principal partner. Did get through on a call but other than 'too late to amend", nothing, not an explanation or even an apology. I understand errors, but I think professionals should be accountable ( no pun intended) and at least try to make amends.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are impossible to reach by email or phone. I've been trying multiple times to get through since 2018 and emails are not returned and no way to leave a general message over the phone. I just received a bill from them doing my taxes in 2018 which I already paid them for. I also got a bill for 2019 which I ended up needing to do through a new place because I've been ignored by this place! It's 2022 and you're trying to bill me for a year I paid and a year I didn't even file with you how is this possible? This isn't an isolated issue either as my parents have had the exact same issues. Save yourself the frustration and NEVER use this place!
