        ADP TotalSource is the absolute worst. They offer anumber of HR platforms and they all have different websites, so it's very confusing just logging in. One you log-in much of the information is easy to access (the only positive). But forget about getting an answer to a question. Their "life advisors" are the worst. I would be better off googling the answer. One time the life advisor said she would call me back, but never did. This review is to ADP as a whole, not the team in Natick specifically.

        Absolutely the WORST customer service! All of my jobs go onto an ADP card. My account was hacked, all the money gone, and ADP says I have to wait 3 weeks for a new card! No help except for a patronizing "I'm sorry." From their "agents." I have no access to any cash to pay my rent, phone bill, gas, or food! RUN from this company. They don't care about anyone except their bottom line. I hope they go under and their employees starve like I'm about to.
