      Lush Cosmetics makes fresh, handmade, cruelty-free, and vegetarian products for bath, body, hair, and more. We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

      image This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE. They have creative events for the holidays like Halloween and Easter! The staff are amazing especially Alexis and Odi. My son is a rambunctious 4 year old with ASD and they patiently answered all of his questions with kindness, grace and enthusiasm. Products and also great for folks with allergies. Highly highly recommend this shop, they are super friendly, warm and welcoming to ALL!

      image Dee was exceptional today when I stopped in at LUSH. I wasn't planning to buy much but I left with a few goodies per her recommendations! She was inviting, knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a customer. She gave me a free sample and did a product demonstration. I apologized for taking up her time and she actually thanked me for chatting with her because it gave her something to do while it was slow at the store :) she was an excellent example of what good customer service looks like, and that can be hard to come by these days.       image Never going back to Lush again. I recently bought a face moisturizer for my mom at this location. When I asked a worker for their recommendation, they gave me a small container of moisturizer. I asked them if the container was full and unopened, and they said yes. Later, when my mom opened it at Christmas, half was already gone! Terrible service.
