I am always so happy when my clients trust the Ayurvedic approach and follow my advice based on this ancient holistic science. Any chronic skin problem comes from within. It is important to find the real cause of a skin imbalance: it might be wrong food choices, not having enough time between meals, the type of exercise, the type of stress, topical skincare that does not suit the person's body and skin type, and so on.
