Can't comment on the actual whitening service but I'm giving them 1 star for awful customer service! I bought one of the buywithme coupons for an in office teeth whitening treatment. Called in November to set up and appointment and the guy who answered set me up for a noontime appointment....that was supposed to be today. I hadn't received any type of confirmation call as of this morning and figured I'd call just to make sure they still have my appointment in their system. Their number was disconnected...not a good sign. I then called the main 800 number on the website where I was informed that this location is closed until January. I was told I could drive an hour to the North Attleboro location if I wanted...hmm thanks, but no thanks.How can they close the location and not call the people who have appointments scheduled?! I'm so glad I called before fighting through mall traffic to get to my nonexistent appointment. At least buywithme is so good at refunding money for the not-so-great companies they occasionally offer deals for. What a disappointment!
