Peter at PEP enterprises did a great job on our garage demo project. The job was to demo our garage, shed, concrete pad removal, stump excavation and cutting back the driveway asphalt. Along the way we decided to add on tree removal and loam. Peters quote was fair, and he was easy to communicate with from day one. We had a couple of weather delays; and he was consistently updating us as the project progressed. Peter went out of his way in his efforts to not just finish the job, but exceeded our expectations for how nice our yard could look. As a bonus, Peter is a really nice guy to have around, and went out of his way to be kind to our young daughter. Wouldnt hesitate to work with PEP again!

Had a wonderful experience with Peter, the owner of PEP, at our house. We dealt with Peter from start to finish for the project. He was super responsive and kept lines of communication open throughout. This was one of the things I was most impressed with. I knew exactly what to expect each day he was at our house.
When I reached out to him to provide an estimate initially, he was at my house within an hour! His price was very competitive with other prices I obtained. We had PEP remove the stumps of about 30+ large trees that we recently had cut down, bring in some fill to fix some slope issues we had, and then bring in loam and level about 10,000 SF to prep for converting to yard space. He gave lots of suggestions for the project along the way and recommendations for contractors (both of which I asked for). His skill as an excavator operator was great to watch and he also brings his project experience from many different aspects of the construction industry he has been involved in.
Peter had such great attention to detail for the whole project, for example he picked up loose roots by hand while he was walking around out of the excavator. I felt that he completed the project as if it were a project he was doing at his own house with the care he put into each aspect of it. He was always happy to accommodate every last request when I asked for additional items (like relocate our shed, move a boulder across the property, demo a retaining wall, burry/dispose of other material, pull extra stumps, help me clean up large debris pile I made, etc., etc. there were a lot!)
We are super happy with the results of the project so far. If we have any site work needs again in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Peter again. His great work speaks for itself.
