        Don't let the unassuming store front fool you....I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Natick Fireplace (Doug in particular). We walked in with a sense of what we wanted in regards to size, features etc, and after browsing a bit we worked with Doug to purchase and refine features. We found Doug knowledgeable, helpful, and to have great follow through during the whole process. He was kind enough to delay the purchase to tax free weekend, and since we purchased he has been working directly with our GC (house reno) to ensure a smooth install. Thank you Natick Fireplace!

        800.00 for a repair that never worked properly, and now to find out that the repair guy used 20yr old parts, and miswired all the electronics is worse than a 1star rating.
