Quality of work is excellent. However, no options for designing and no catalog available to know exactly what window style I was getting. Coordination with client was poor and I had to accommodate to them or postpone. Materials received were not reviewed before the work to check what I was getting, and when the job as done there was no "walk through" to see that all was working to expectations. Poorly planned and work was done with a high level of stress on all sides (hurricane). Service: Home addition construction

We hired New England Sunrooms to fix out exciting solarium. They did a full reglaze and we could not be happier. Gina in the office was fantastic! She is friendly and responsive. Very helpful in explaining the process and providing excellent suggestions to the room design. She kept me updated on the order processing and expected start time. Joe is the man of the hour! He was amazing. He did all the work. He communicated constantly. Always informing me when he was coming or why he couldnt come (always weather related). He is respectful and so pleasant to speak to. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood how to take of our beautiful "new" room. I would and will hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for our beautiful space! Phone goes direct to call center.  I've tried all times and all days.  Call center is very rigid and required me to give them info or tough crap.  After a week I decided I liked there product enough to put up with them.  I send in appointment request.  I was called back and an appointment was made.  I had my architect and drawings here.  The day of the visit I heard nothing and called the call center again.  He asked if anyone called and I said no.  He new my last name and asked to put me on hold.  He came back and very apologetically said he could not get ahold of anyone, but will have someone call me.  I asked who was going to pay for my architects time.  He apologized again.  I'm sorry but I don't like anything enough to get railroaded around as I have with this company.  RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY.......If the design and building of a sunroom is anything like the coordination of the call center your project is DOOMED.  Oh and I'm doing an 800k to 1,000,000 refit to my home.  I gave my architect the go ahead and design the room himself.
