        A very disappointing experience regarding what was identified as a "one-week free trial." The scheduler said that it was preferable if my husband was able to join me, but that it wasn't necessary. However, when he wasn't able to be part of the meeting, the audiologist said that she couldn't continue. Therefore, I cancelled on the spot and have no interest to re-schedule. So, I guess my hearing concerns were only important if my husband was there to agree. Is it assumed I can't think for myself or that the "sale" works better when the husband gives his go-ahead? Insulting!
