Thanks to Dan and AnnMarie, we sold our familys first home and finally have our forever dream home. AnnMarie handled absolutely everything during the selling process of our old home and ensured everything went smoothly. At the same time, Dan was willing to work with us to completely customize a house, from the floor plan to every single finish. Dan is up front and honest about changes and costs, which helped us make informed decisions throughout the process. They stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire build, and was always open to last minute changes. Dan has worked with his team of vendors on several projects, and it really shows. They all provide quality work and finishes, and since they have worked closely with each other in the past they act more like a team rather than individual vendors - which makes the process much easier. The end result of our build is a perfect house that has the feel and finish of a High End Home! Even after the sale, Dan is committed to addressing any outstanding items, and always makes himself immediately available for questions.
