        The 5 stars are not for Home Instead but are for one particular Care Pro - Donna Valle. Donna is professional, knowledgeable, and anticipates appropriately the needs of her client. Her personable approach to her job is very much appreciated. Donna is phenomenal and is without a doubt one of the best Care Pros at Home Instead. I dont know how I would have been able to manage without her. I look forward to every day she is here

        My mom had a surgery and needed some help. Communication with the office was easy and they made sure to follow up and to confirm we are happy with the service. The caregivers were kind and caring and on time.

        We used Home Instead for 6 months while my dad was ill. We were so happy to have quality, dependable help. Our main care giver became part of the family. Going with an agency like Home Instead meant that we had coverage for all needed times - as opposed to an independent person who could get sick or be traveling. The entire team was always available and very helpful. Highly recommend.
