Worst experience. I was charged 175$ for just inspection without work to fix it. I was not provided any update after inspection regarding the availability of a part needed to fix the hearing, for more than a week and I had to call more than 5 times to get an update. And the response I still received is that they are not sure if they will receive the part. How am I suppose to wait forever to get my heating unit fixed from you in this cold weather? This is very unprofessional service and you are charging me for inspection ? This is not what I expected from Target Air systems. You have no distributors to receive a common available part. Very poor service

I called for my AC coil leaking problem. Technician came in and did almost nothing but connect a meter into outside compressor and claims AC unit is malfunction. Then, he advices to replace whole system. This is very not professional as he didnt even open the AC coil and find out why its leaking. End up I get charges for $225 for nothing done!! I got another company in and find out the leaking source. I really doubt this lousy company can do job.

We are so grateful to have found Target Air Systems when we moved to the area a few years ago. When we moved into our house our HVAC unit died on one of the coldest days of the year. Chris and Joe were there within an hour, made excellent recommendations on a replacement unit, and offered to provide space heaters to keep the house warm while we waited for the new unit to come in. The installation ended up being a little more complicated then we had anticipated due to the previous exhaust pipes being the wrong size and not up to code. They were very upfront about what they had to do to make everything right. We have had them replace our HVAC system, install a ductless heating & A/C system, and maintain those units as well as the AC throughout the year. Chris, Joe, Melissa, and the rest of the Target team are fantastic to work with, very responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest professionals. They go above and beyond to help their customers, we can't recommend them highly enough.
