Drove all the way from downtown Boston on google maps shown open but no one at office. More than 10 tables empty in office waiting someone to come and work. Not even answering the phone. Very poor agency.

I contact this agent to get an estimate for my house and he kept texting me. I asked for a phone call instead he told me that we could continue the conversation through email. I told him that in a phone call we I could answers all those questions and kept texting to than tell me he did not understood what I wanted. When all what I need was the price for a new policy for my home.
At the point I thanked him and went elsewhere.

This is the worse insurance company ever. I was formally with Metlife( which I loved), never had an issue with them. Well, I bought a new car on Saturday and tried to add the car to my auto policy. I was unsuccessful because their systems were down. Monday morning their systems were down. Finally, Monday afternoon they were finally able to add the vehicle. Today is Wednesday and their systems have been dirk Tuesday and Wednesday and no ETA. All I need is a stamp for the dealership to register my car and obtain a sticker. If the form of not received by the dealership Friday, I will be illegal to drive in the road. What is worse is Monday is 4th of July, the earliest I will legal on the road is Tuesday. They will not compensate at all( and not to mention my premium went up). The supervisor said oh well, nothing we can do. The system issue is a result of " system upgrade".
