I have had a horrible experience with this company and one of their agents. Ive had to chase her down for any response to my efforts at communication. Even when she says shell call back, she does not. No one ever answers the phone when I call the main line nor do they return my calls for a follow up. Every time Ive had to communicate with them, its been very frustrating and left me feeling unvalued as a customer.

Consistently and overwhelmingly outstanding. Whether it's switching a policy to a new car, an accident, or finding out bundles for your insurance, the Fair and Yeager team NEVER disappoints and are always there to answer questions and make things easier. I can't recommend them enough. They are fabulous!

Having just moved back to the area, I needed homeowners and auto policies set up quickly.  I did a google search to find a local agency.  I called Fair and Yeager and worked with Darlene.  She set up my policies quickly and made the process painless.  And unfortunately, I had to work with them again fairly quickly after an auto accident.  They were so helpful to me, guiding me through the entire process.  Donna in claims was friendly and answered my constant questions.  I definitely recommend this agency.
