I brought my cat here to stay for a couple of nights. Upon arrival I was told I couldnt come in and see where he was staying and how big the condo was. I was also told that they wouldnt interact of touch my cat for 24 hrs, to make sure they can handle him. Now, I understand a few hours or so, but to go 24 hours without any one giving him attention, is just completely wrong. The woman who checked him in, was so rude and abrasive. She dropped his carrier close to the ground. Also, their website states that the nightly rate is $32 a night. When I checked him in, I was told the fee was $36 a night. They should honor the website price but instead the owner blamed that on the web developer and that she has been trying to change but that its on them to fix it. I had such an uneasy feeling when I dropped him off. When I went to pick him up they wanted to charge me for 3 nights instead of 2. There was nothing on their policy about check in/ check out. The woman who checked me in, mind you this was all done In a parking lot, never said anything about the hours. This place is in an office building, which I feel is not appropriate for a cat boarding place is in. The one thing tbough that really upset me, is not being able to see where my cat would be. They never sent any pictures or say how he was doing. I tried to call the next day but no one answered. When I picked him up, he cried. I have never heard him cry like that before. It broke my heart. I would not bring him back there. I just didnt feel comfortable and should have just left with him then. That was my mistake.
