image Here's another negative review for the Natick Louis Vuitton store. This store has trained their staff and security person to stare at you, none stop, if they think you cannot afford their bag , do not purchase (just looking around), or return a bag. Since I didn't do anything wrong, it's harassment. I should reach out to my lawyer to see how this kind of behavior is going on and accepted in today's world. They called mall security to watch me from a far. Like ok ...a customer can return a bag you know. It's store policy. I've purchased many luxury bags and have the receipts. The Natick Luis Vuitton store cannot act like the mafia. I know my rights. I didn't do anything wrong. Do not try to bully and harrass. Harrassing anybody is not legal. I do not recognize any of the new staff. We've purchased many Louis Vuitton bags at this location but will not any more after the new staff and will go to another location or another brand. Also it seems like a revolving door there so there's that. Louis Vuitton corporate should send undercover people to see how this Natick store staff is treating people and pressure customers to buy bags. We don't have to buy the bags, it's not law. We can just look. I'm not the only one with the complaints. Just read the other negative reviews. I feel for them as it has happened to me first hand. I can definitely see that happening to many people.

image Calvin was very helpful while shopping for a bag. They were attentive, had a good point of view, and offered plenty of suggestions. I didnt feel pressured to purchase and they answered every question I had with ease. Great personality and made the experience even more fun and luxurious. Love my new bag!

image Most of the LV stores that Ive been to in the US and in Paris have decent customer service.
Seeing all the negative reviews about the customer service at this LV store was somewhat comforting. And to be honest not surprising.
I too, had a terrible experience in the way I was treated by a female sales person at this LV store. My bf wanted me to pick a gift for Christmas so he gave me his card and told me to go get whatever I wanted. So I went to the LV in Natick. I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed to pay for the item. I patiently waited 25 minutes to been seen. No problem. When it was my turn I told her what I liked and as I was about to give her the cc I explained that it was my bfs card and that he gave it to me to get a Christmas present. I then politely offered to say that I could get him on the phone so she could get his approval before running his card if that would make her feel more comfortable. As soon as I said that her demeanor immediately changed. She said in a rude way let me ask my manager what if thats ok. She went to check with her manager and came back in less than 5 seconds and said she couldnt do it. Which is fine, I completely understand why they wouldnt accept payment from a cc by a person who isnt present, but she could have at least politely given me the option to put it on hold so that he and I could pick it up in person the next day.
She then literally grabbed the bag out of my hands and started putting it away. She was loud and made it obvious drawing attention to the situation which made me feel as if I did something wrongas if I had stolen the card or something. I have a very good job and could have paid for it with my own card, but seeing the way she treating me by turning her back as if she was saying get out of here im not selling anything to you completely turned me off. But thats not the point. I was going to get the bag with my own money anyway. But the way she handled things was completely unnecessary. Maybe walking in with over $150K worth of jewelry and accessories gave her the wrong impression. Yeah, because I keep my poor bf hostage tied-up in the basement while I steal his card to go on a shopping spree on a daily basis. Lol
Long story short, I left that store and went to Dior in Boston. Its a whole other level of costumer service there. Ive been there many times and its always a pleasant experience. You cant even compare. Ended up spending almost 9K there. The bag I was looking at the LV store was about $1800. Now do the math.
