        When we sold a property some years ago we needed a mortgage discharge from David Hadlock for the transaction. He promised to provide one to the buyer's attorney, but never did so, and would not respond either to my phone calls to his office nor to my attorney's letters asking for the discharge. He simply ignored us, and we lost money because of it.
