Had a great experience selecting a chair with Dave at LAIDBACK. Professional, informative and zero pressure. We had our Infinity Luminary installed last week and it has been amazing. Seamless process from start to finish. Even with the endless options , the Luminary chair is super easy to learn and its been a hit with our entire family.

Ive been struggling with back issues for a while now after visiting the store meeting, Dave the owner and explaining my problems within 20 minutes we had found the perfect chair. Its now my go to every night when I get home from work this place is awesome. I will definitely come back here again eventually! Thanks again.

This chair is amazing. I have a terrible back and neck and it massages where I need it to. Additionally, the whole process from purchasing to the delivery went easy. Very professional. I would recommend purchasing the set up package. I wouldnt begin to know how to put together the chair.

Dave and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Starting with a great experience in the store up through delivery and installation, working with this company was terrific. The only snag was with the delivery company, and Dave helped push us to the finish line, and then came out the same night with Glenn to set up our chair and provide and in person tutorial for us. I highly recommend Laidback to anyone looking for a great experience and a great product.
