Dr. Tomassino is wonderful. But the rest of the staff is just sweet but ineffective. I bought a very expensive pair of glasses, went back once to get it tightened. But they do not listen to what you need, are closed at weird times and are hard to follow up. I would not recommend buying glasses from them.

Dr Tomasino is a wonderful Dr! But NEVER buy your glasses there!! I was not told that once you order your glasses and you dont like them in any way shape or form, you are out of luck. No refunds and the man who was fitting them was rude and tried to insist I get another pair of frames!! I was never informed of their policy of no refunds on a VERY expensive pair of glasses!!! Being a senior citizen, Im usually very aware of being taken advantage of, but I let my guard down!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff I really enjoyed my experience examining my vision and picking out my frames and contact lenses. The fella there who helped me find my frames showed world class customer service!
