Beautiful place. Amazing people. I have the pleasure of working with Carol and Roger for 11 years now! They are both honest and reliable. Caring, trust worthy, friendly and courteous. They both love what they do and do it with passion! I highly recommend Roger's Piano.

The trick is they say: You have to write a 5-star review for Roger's piano if I offer this xxx price to you, and you only. And you did. Hence the high score. Here's a review who bought the piano from them 2018. Their tricks: - After learning my budget Roger started criticizing Yamaha and how their pianos are made of foam and how unreliable they are nowadays compared to the old days. So here's the new trend: made-in China pianos with licenses from big brands. Much cheaper and similar quality. What's the use of big names anyway if you can get same quality with 2/3 or less money - I did not make up my mind right away. He called me, basically gave me the exact price as my budget (>$2000 less that what he asked for when I visited the store). I still said I'd think about it - I called them later, and someone else picked up the phone. He asked me and I told him the offer Roger made. This rep said WoW, congratulations. Such a good price you got. I bought the piano. One year later when I tune the instrument, the person who helps (not from Roger's) showed me the issue with the piano. It has to be fixed. Another year passed, issues. And I was told after fixation maybe the piece could worth about half the price I paid Roger. Difficult to describe details as I'm not a musical instrument expert. Next year, some other thing. This year, the person showed me how there are fundamental flaws this instrument has that it may be too difficult to fix after all. Essentially the wood used did not get dried enough, so when you play, the straight wood underneath the keys get more and more tilted, and the keys are no longer leveled. BTW, I've asked different people to look at the piano, instead of one. So you got it.
