With certainty, my wife and i would not have been able to find a house in this market, in our price range, without Maura and Ross Rodino. This was our first house and Maura and Ross were so knowledgeable and helpful from the first call through closing. If you want to buy a house and you use anyone else you are doing yourself a disservice.

Maura and Ross are professional, knowledgeable and know how to market a house for sale. They gave us good advice about what to do (and not do) before marketing the house for sale. They were experts at navigating the open house process and reviewing purchase offers. They were great!

I'm so glad we chose Veronique Mendelson to represent us when selling our home. Thanks to her, we found a buyer very quickly. I can't say enough good things about Maura & Ross Rodino of Berkshire Hathaway, Commonwealth Real Estate! From their efforts to show the house at it's very best... to their knowledge and professionalism in setting "the right" price... to strategizing the dates and times of open houses to maximize traffic. They were with us all the way, keeping us informed and, ultimately finding us the best and most qualified buyer!
