I am sorry that after spending 20 minutes with you trying to help you sort out your Amazon returns you put in this review just because you were told that you require a box for an Amazon return.So let me clarify that all QR codes that have "customer packed" at the bottom does require original packing. By original packing Amazon means the box in which it was shipped in. If we see an existing shipping label on the manufacturer's box then we apply the return label on top of that, if there is no shipping label on the manufacturer's box then it is implied that it was shipped to you in an additional box. To ship back you require that original box or something similar to send the item back.We have clear instructions from UPS Corporate to follow this procedure and there is no exception to it. We are following the instructions of our Franchisor. We did mention this fact to you that we are a franchisee store and we are following our Franchisor's instructions. .It seems you being a professor, twisted and moulded the words spoken by us to your convenience.If you have any questions and concerns then please feel free to contact Amazon and have clarifications from them. We shall continue to follow the outlined procedure, unfortunately if you don't like it then we are sorry we cannot do anything regarding this

HiFirst of all, the store was open at 7:31 am. The staff lives 25 mts away from the store as such it possible that she was late by a minute. You could not afford to wait for 1 minute but you could spend several minutes putting a review does not make any sense. It could have been possible that when you came in there were 5 customers ahead of you, you would have to wait for your turn anyways.On top of everything we would like to state that your personal racist statement against our employee is totally unacceptable and unlawful. As much as we do appreciate genuine criticism on the other hand we cannot allow you to bully my staff at any cost. If you are a gentleman then you shall put in your written apology right on this platform.
