This store needs a huge re-haul. The managers treat their Employees like dirt, especially the Educators. I shop at this store all the time, but will take my business elsewhere. As a faithful customer, I can't witness this behavior any longer. I am going to write the CEO a letter.

Came in on Sunday to look for a scuba half zip but they didn't have my size/color that I wanted so I was up front at the store speaking with one of the employees at which point the "manager" Sydney B. walked over and rudely asked her what she was planning on doing with a bin? She did not offer any assistance to me nor apologize for rudely interrupting and just continued to talk to the employee in a demeaning manor while ignoring that I was standing there as a customer. It was annoying and ruined the shopping experience hence I will not be wasting my time visiting this store again. She needs customer service and management training so she doesn't look so miserable or get a new job.

Went there today(1/2/24) Welcomed by a nice guy at front helped me out and found exactly what I needed. When I checked out super nice girl by the name of Caitlin she was super nice smiling easy to talk to she did an amazing job. Would definitely go back and ask for help from those two amazing workers both guy and Caitlin super helpful.

Loved shopping here! The selections were great and everyone was helpful. Special shout-out to Heidi who was super sweet and patient with seeking out different styles and sizes!

I love LuLu as a rule but this is the first location (Natick) Ive been to where not one salesperson (and I saw at least 6) stopped talking to other salespeople to say hello or see if I needed help. I was there for about 5 minutes walking around looking for something and they could have cared less. Ill still will shop lulu but Ill go where the staff are smiling and helpful- basically any other location!
