        What's going on Torrid? End of October and no warm sweaters or cardigans available, especially online

        Walked in to the Torrid store at the Natick Mall and wasnt greeted by staff. No one asked if I needed assistance until I asked for help. Later, When I came out of the dressing room, my husband told me that another customer (not a person of color) walked in and was greeted immediately. I couldnt ignore that I was treated differently which prompted this review. Im a regular customer at Torrid stores. Ive never been treated this way at any other locations but Natick. Suffice it to say, Ill stick to the Braintree location or shop online. Sad!
