        I havent been to a Staples Connect before, though I can guarantee I will start going more often. I came today to ship some items, but I saw a monitor that I have been interested in for a while now. The staff was great in helping me find information about this monitor, but who I found the most helpful was the cashier, Shirish. Shirish was super friendly, supportive and relatable. Not only was he super fun to talk with, but he was also able to answer all my questions and informed me of their coupons and app. In the end, Shirish was able to help me get a good deal on my monitor. I had a frustrating day at work, but Shirish honestly made my day a whole lot better.

        This is not my first visit to this store and every time I visit, I receive an outstanding customer service. Today, I needed to do some printing & scanning jobs. Chris greeted me as I walked in and offered me an assistance. He helped me throughout the entire process with my somewhat complicated order making sure everything came out the way I needed. I appreciate Chris for help today. I like to know that I can get the high quality service here which brings me back to this store. Thanks to the associates for making the difference.
