        I took the Excel class for beginners, dont waste your time. The instructor has no clear agenda. After two classes I had only one piece of tangible data I could use, will not return for the final class. Emailed to see about getting a refund and was told no refunds will be made after the class has started.

        We registered for a class and attempted to receive a refund unsuccessfully. Their policy states that a refund is allowed 2 weeks prior to the start of the course however the course didn't exist 2 weeks prior to the class. I will consider it a donation to the Newburyport Public Schools.
