I've seen it from one of the parks in Newburyport that overlooks the city. I've also seen it from the top floor of the restaurant that was at the Inn at Ring's Island.
The wind turbine is an Elecon 600 KW . Its height is 292 FT. What's surprising about the wind turbine is that it is very quiet. I wished I had seen this turbine being assembled. The blades are enormous! The "head" can pivot so you might see it move.
My son was fascinated by it.
