Calm, cool and collected. I went through 3 attorneys during a 3 year battle that went the distance. In the end, Nick succeeded in Court resulting in a better outcome than what I had agreed for years earlier. Opposing counsel came in with a high-priced team and self proclaimed greatest status. Unlike Nick, she used my child as a pawn and her theatrical, dishonest approach did not go over well in Court.
Don't let his Frat-Boy appearance fool you (a term given to him by another disgruntled opposing counsel). Nick was honest, articulate and most of all put my child first. Although I did not always feel he responded as I would have liked (his biggest challenge was dealing with an overly detailed oriented client, me), I cannot argue with the bottom line. His knowledge of the law resulted in success on issues I thought were lost.
His team is wonderful and his fees fair (I was outspent 2:1). I recommend settling peacefully with a mediator, but if that is not possible, Nick is a great attorney who can represent you with dignity.
