on 11 Florence Street, entitled arrogant staff, for pointing out that we kept receiving poor flower arrangements. The flowers and plants arrive always in such a poor condition, on top of the fact that are overpriced. I thought that by spending more I would get, al least pristine condition flowers and plants. Its just so disappointing.

Warning to all customers. If I could give no stars I would.They have lost there family touch. The book of the company should be buried in the grave. The quality of their flowers doesn't last for more than four days. Also when they say they will refund our money or give store credit it's false news
